Claudine Robertson-Smith
With a corporate background in recruitment across various industries, Claudine is super passionate about helping people and their businesses grow. An award-winning property investor, Claudine has secured large amounts of private funding for the business and used her negotiation skills to get the best possible deals. Having quit the corporate world and enjoying an international lifestyle in Spain, Claudine also coaches individuals looking to achieve their lifestyle and financial freedom goals
Mark Smith
Mark has enjoyed a long and distinguished football career followed by running a successful personal training business. He has more recently used these skills to grow Properties with Heart, bringing in private investment to the business and managing the growing team.
Mark and Claudine moved to Spain a few years ago to enjoy a beach lifestyle and international schooling for their children, a big dream of theirs achieved thanks to the passive income derived from property.
Jown
Our incredible Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, keeping projects, people and processes moving smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating with solicitors, agents, contractors and other professionals to managing communications, documentation and key deadlines, Jown helps ensure that every part of the business stays organized and on track.
Vien
Our SMM is responsible for bringing the Properties With Heart brand to life online. From content creation and social media management to storytelling and audience engagement, Vien helps showcase our projects, share our journey and connect with our growing community.
Specialist Team
Properties with Heart also work alongside specialist teams to ensure the best advice and support. These include managing agents, architects, commercial brokers, solicitors, planning agents and property accountants (including bookkeeping services).
